I believe the biggest barriers to delivering sustainability in organisations aren’t technical. I don’t think they’re about knowledge, either.
We know more than ever about the challenges we face and what needs to be done – and modern technology makes knowledge incredibly easy to access.
And we have most, if not all, of the technical solutions.
No. What often stands in the way is our ability to engage people, build ownership and turn knowledge and good intentions into action.
That's why I focus on the people side of sustainability.
I create learning and experiences that help people understand, participate and act. I facilitate sessions that achieve outcomes and meaningful progress. I coach and support people to lead change.
My work is about helping people see what needs to change, and then helping them act on it.

When sustainability progress feels stuck, I help organisations identify the barriers preventing people from taking action and then design the solutions to unlock progress.
